CU*Answers celebrates the 50th edition of its Tricks of the Trade publication

GRAND RAPIDS, MI (January 21, 2016) — CU*Answers celebrated the 50th edition of its “Tricks of the Trade” publication in January. This month’s publication featured resources to assist clients with learning more about the new It’s Me 247 Bill Pay (Payveris) solution CU*Answers is currently implementing at credit unions in its network.

CU*Answers also announced that they are also celebrating the 25th Tricks of the Trade webinar this month. About one fifth of CU*Answers’ clients attend the monthly webinar which features the ‘top five picks’ included in the monthly publication.

Alycia Meyers, technical writer, attributes the success of the Tricks of the Trade to the fact that its goal is always to make their clients’ jobs easier. “There is such a wealth of documentation resources that CU*Answers offers to clients,” Meyers said. “Featuring highlights of five top picks each month keeps them informed but also makes things manageable.”
