CU*Answers converts Minnesota credit union

GRAND RAPIDS, MI (November 25, 2013) -- CU*Answers, the West Michigan-based core data processing Cooperative, announced that it had recently completed converting Lake State Credit Union (Moose Lake, MN) to its CU*BASE® processing platform.

A CU*Answers spokesperson said the credit union implemented the CU*BASE SaaS processing solution, which offers a wide variety of member self-service capabilities. Several of these include the It’s Me 247 Online Banking system, e-statements, e-alerts and e-notices, Mobile Web, Mobile Text, CU*Talk Audio Response and much more.

CU*Answers added the client had also implemented an in-house CU*Answers Electronic Document solution, including e-receipts, photo ID capture, loan, membership forms, statements, CU*BASE reports and much more as part of its total document archival strategy.

CU*Answers said Lake State Credit Union represents approximately 19,000 members and $185 million in assets. It added that this credit union is its second new client conversion to CU*BASE for its 2014 fiscal year, which started October 1, 2013.
