CU*Answers Converts Next CU*BASE® Client

GRAND RAPIDS, MI – October 2, 2012 – CU*Answers, the West Michigan-based core data processor, announced that it had completed converting the Greater Niles Community Federal Credit Union (Niles, MI), in September to its to its CU*BASE processing system.  

A CU*Answers spokesperson said the credit union had deployed the CU*BASE SaaS processing solution, including implementing a wide array of member self-service features. Several of these will include the It’s Me 247 Online Banking system, e-statements, alerts and notices, Mobile Web and Mobile Text Banking, Electronic Bill Pay, and more. CU*Answers added the client had also implemented its CU*Spy Vault solution for providing an online e-document management strategy, which is fully hosted, supported and managed by CU*Answers.    

CU*Answers said Greater Niles Community FCU represents nearly 4,200 members and $45 million in assets. It added that this credit union represents its 11th new client conversion to CU*BASE this year, and projected converting over 121K new members (net) to CU*BASE during its fiscal year, which concluded on September 30th.
