CU*Answers CU*BASE® GOLD 16.02 release coming in February

GRAND RAPIDS, MI (February 8, 2016) — The 16.02 release for cooperative CUSO CU*Answers’ core platform CU*BASE is set to arrive mid-February for client credit unions. The 16.02 release will mark the first release for 2016. All CU*BASE releases are free to credit unions on the system, including those partnered with network CUSOs CU*South and CU*NorthWest. The release features enhancements to features for nearly every department with the credit union, but is headlined by the addition of a credit card portfolio dashboard. The new dashboard supplements the existing EFT portfolio and loan portfolio dashboards, allowing staff to focus just on their credit card products, and review transaction and reissue activity, rate detail, and a comparative analysis.

2016 has been a busy year for the CUSO’s digital solutions, having completed the beta and begun rolling out It’s Me 247 Bill Pay (Payveris), the first native bill pay solution to CU*Answers online banking product. For credit unions who have implemented custom branding for It’s Me 247 online banking, CU*Answers has also begun offering a free mobile app. And a new member application process is also available for free to interested credit unions, with a more modern design and increased customizability for CUs.
