CUES® brings Strategic Growth Institute™ to the industry at Chicago Booth

MADISON, WI (October 26, 2017) — CUES is pleased to present Strategic Growth Institute to the industry as part of its 2018 educational offerings. Formerly Mergers & Acquisitions Institute, CUES has broadened the curriculum to provide an even more valuable educational experience.

“We’ve redesigned Mergers & Acquisitions to better serve the industry. We felt it was better to focus the themes of this institute on all the strategic growth options credit unions have,” said CUES president/CEO John Pembroke.

Strategic Growth Institute will feature a curriculum designed specifically for the credit union industry where attendees will learn directly from the esteemed faculty of the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, one of the world’s most prestigious business schools. Attendees will discover:

  • Growth strategy theory and concepts
  • Mapping a growth strategy for your credit union
  • Growing through mergers and affiliations
  • Implementation and execution

“Today’s hyper-competitive and dynamic business environment requires credit unions to actively pursue growth, whether organically, through alliances, or mergers and acquisition,” said Pembroke. “CUES’ Strategic Growth Institute is designed to help attendees understand and develop strategies and plans to take advantage of them.”

CUES is proud to continue our partnership with the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, which has been a leader and innovator in business research and education for more than 100 years.

Tuition for Strategic Growth Institute will include classroom instruction, class materials, and breakfast, lunch, and breaks.
