CUSO call center introduces new leader
GRAND RAPIDS, MI (October 31, 2016) — Xtend, Inc., the Grand Rapids, Michigan-based multi-owned cooperative CUSO, welcomed Matt VandeWater to the company as its new Call Center Manager. VandeWater, a former Account Executive at Xtend’s sister CUSO CU*Answers, heads a team that now includes nearly fifty credit union professionals serving more than sixty clients across the country.
