CUSO Re-Elects Two Board Directors

Grand Rapids, Michigan – June 29th, 2012 – At its June 19th Annual Stockholder Meeting, Xtend, Inc., the Grand Rapids, Michigan-based multi-owned cooperative CUSO, re-elected two Board Directors.  Incumbents David Keim, CEO of Grand Rapids, Michigan-based Western Districts Members Credit Union, and Brian Turmell, CEO of Grand Rapids, Michigan-based AAC Credit Union were elected by their fellow stockholders to serve a three year term commencing October 1st, 2012.  Mr. Keim has been serving on the Xtend board since 2003 and Mr. Turmell has served since 2006.

The CUSO Board consists of nine (9) credit union executives.
