GRAND RAPIDS, MI – September 15, 2012 – CU*Answers, Inc., a Grand Rapids, Michigan-based cooperative CUSO announced recently that it would host an automated operations web conference for credit unions that operate its CU*BASE core data processing suite in an in-house environment. The web conference will take place on October 18th and include credit unions from across the country.
“This is a follow-on meeting to a network-wide event we held back in April,” says CUSO Vice President Scott Collins. “Since most of our clients had deployed a high availability infrastructure as part of their business resiliency strategy, the number one item on the agenda coming out of the April meeting was their desire to shift focus to process automation technology and best practices. Our team has been busy researching, testing and documenting solutions that we are excited to share with our partners in October.”
