Now that the Symitar Educational Conference and Technology Expo has returned to its live format in San Diego, CA, this year (September 14-17, 2010), TraceSecurity and its merry band of co-sponsors – which includes financial technology services provider and consultant, CUTEK Inc. – are at it again with their traditional headlining event: “I Hung with TraceSecurity.” This year’s featured guest is celebrity exercise guru, Richard Simmons. Symitar conference attendees are invited to the 5th annual “I Hung With TraceSecurity” on Wednesday, September 15, 7:30 p.m. at the Harbor House.

This year, the event will have complimentary food, an open bar, music from Randy the DJ, dancing, a dunk tank, and an opening band along with Richard Simmons. The infamous event has had a history “celebrity” guests such as music bands The Village People and Big Bad Voodoo Daddy, comedian Gilbert Gottfried, and everybody’s favorite – American Idol’s William Hung.

“What Richard Simmons is planning to do this year is anybody’s guess. But, as always, it should be an evening to remember,” says Jim Stickley, TraceSecurity’s CTO and Vice President of Strategy and Solutions. “For years, credit unions have invited us to participate at many of the Symitar users groups around the United States. And like the past several years, we would like to express our thanks to everyone who has made us feel so welcome by having this complimentary party for them.”

Besides TraceSecurity and CUTEK, other sponsors include Geezeo, SMA, Simpler Webb, VendorTrack, and Wescom Resources Group.  For more information, visit

“We are always honored to co-sponsor this extraordinary event,” says CUTEK President, Ron Murray. “It’s always a great time for conference attendees to unwind after a day reviewing and analyzing financial technology solutions. We thought we set the bar with The Village People and William Hung, but Richard Simmons may exceed them all. It should be a good time.”
