The Dallas Morning News names Jack Henry & Associates to top workplace list for sixth consecutive year

To determine the region’s best workplaces, The Dallas Morning News worked with long-time research partner WorkplaceDynamics to distribute confidential employee surveys to nominated companies. The final rankings were based on employee responses to questions about work-life balance, company culture, and opportunities for advancement. Jack Henry & Associates employs approximately 850 professionals in the region and has consistently placed among the top-performing local organizations.
