Day Air Credit Union joins list of Top 100 Dayton-Area Companies

Day Air Credit Union, has been added to the Top 100 Dayton-Area Companies list published by the Dayton Business Journal. The rankings were locally researched by Jane Applegate of the Dayton Business Journal, with the final rankings based on organization revenue.

Dayton has been home to Day Air Credit Union since it was founded in 1945 by 26 employees of the United States Air Force Depot – Gentile Station (later known as DESC); who came together as a group to help each other improve their individual financial situations. For nearly 75 years associates and members of Day Air Credit Union have continued to live this mission, improving the financial situations of those living throughout the Miami Valley.

As Day Air continues to grow throughout the Miami Valley, so does their ability to give back to the local community. In 2017, Day Air donated more than $42,000 to local organizations during the calendar year – a number they plan to surpass again in 2018. Additionally, Day Air’s financial education programs reached more than 1000 adults and youth in the Miami Valley.
