MARLBOROUGH, MA (October 23, 2017) — Digital Federal Credit Union, better known as DCU, opened its newly relocated branch on Monday, October 23, 2017 to better serve the financial needs of members living or working in the greater Leominster area. The new branch located at 210 New Lancaster Road features all the amenities members have come to expect while banking with DCU. The new branch replaces DCU’s previous location which opened in November of 1997.
An official ribbon cutting ceremony took place that was attended by DCU members, city officials, local business owners, representatives from local charities that DCU supports, and members of DCU’s management team.
The newly built 5,213 square foot branch offers a full-complement of financial services including offices for opening accounts, taking loan and mortgage applications, commercial and small business lending, and other amenities such as:
– 3 Teller Pods with 6 Teller Stations
– Instant issuance of Credit and Debit Cards
– Drive-Up ATM and Teller
– Education Banking Center
– Coin Deposit Machine
– Complimentary Coffee and Wi-Fi
– Additional Safe Deposit Boxes
– Virtually Unlimited Parking
The branch, staffed by 16 team members, is managed by Angela Brown. The branch will be open Monday through Wednesday (9am to 5pm); Thursday and Friday (9am to 7pm); and Saturday (9am to 3pm).
As part of the Grand Opening Celebration, the branch will be raffling off an iPad mini 4 each month during the months of November, December, and January.
