INDIANAPOLIS, IN (October 8, 2013) -- Deidre Davis of Notre Dame Federal Credit Union is a recipient of the 2013 Emerging Leadership Award from the Indiana Credit Union League.
Davis is Chief Marketing Officer for Notre Dame Federal Credit Union. With her involvement in the League’s ignite initiative; her team developed a vehicle repossession website. Davis is also a member of CUNA’s Marketing and Business Development Council, and a member of NAFCU’s Region III Advisory Board. She was also awarded the “Forty under 40” award by the St. Joseph County, IN Chamber of Commerce, and was named “Woman to Watch” by Sassy Magazine of South Bend. She is involved with numerous civic and community service initiatives as well.
The Emerging Leadership Award was developed in order to recognize the next generation of credit union leaders in Indiana for their accomplishments and for their potential to be an Indiana credit union leader in the future. Davis was honored September 27 during the Chairman’s Awards Banquet, an event held during the Indiana Credit Union League’s annual convention.
