DOVER, DE (October 17, 2023) — Del-One Federal Credit Union has been honored as a Top Workplace AGAIN for 2023 through USA Today and the News Journal’s Top Workplaces in Delaware awards. “This award celebrates nationally recognized companies that make the world a better place to work together by prioritizing a people-centered culture and giving employees a voice”. Del-One teammates were given an anonymous survey measuring qualities such as company leadership, communication, career opportunities, working environment, managerial skills, pay and benefits. Through these results and comments from teammates, Del-One not only won the Top Workplace award, but also the coveted Manager’s Award.
