Dover Federal Announces the Employee of the 4th Quarter of 2011

Dover, Delaware – February 1, 2012 – Dover Federal Credit Union is proud to announce that employee, Amy Manley, has earned the distinction of Employee of the Quarter for the fourth quarter of 2011.

Amy earned this honor in recognition of the professionalism she has displayed in managing two tellers lines, Smyrna and Dover Air Force Base. Despite the fact that she is splitting her time between the two locations, Amy’s performance has been exemplary. She has demonstrated outstanding leadership by being readily available to the tellers of each office and introducing them to new procedures. Amy conducts regular sessions with her team to ensure an enhanced awareness of products and procedures are in effect. Amy’s thorough knowledge of Dover Federal’s services, and her superior organizational skills also helped her achieve success.
