DOVER, DE (November 25, 2014) -- Dover Federal Credit Union is proud to be a continued supporter of the First Sergeants’ Council’s Good Shepherd Fund at Dover Air Force Base. We are happy to contribute $3,000 to the fund in order to supply Airmen and their families with Thanksgiving baskets. These Thanksgiving baskets are filled all the fixings and goodies needed for a nice Thanksgiving dinner.
In appreciation for our military and their families we want to make sure to show the support that they greatly deserve and thank them for their service, sacrifice, and dedication. When asked about the Credit Union’s participation, Bettie Campbell, Dover Federal’s Director of Business Development, was enthusiastic. “We know that it is not only the Airmen that sacrifice, so we want to take this time to thank the families for their support and all that they do in order for the Airmen to do their job. From the Dover Federal Family to yours, Happy Thanksgiving.”
