Dow Credit Union earns Great Place to Work® designation
MIDLAND, MICHIGAN (August 14, 2023) — Dow Credit Union recently earned the Great Place to Work® designation, the result of a two-step certification process that recognizes employers who create an outstanding employee experience.
To become certified, an organization must complete a questionnaire and survey employees. This data is analyzed to produce a score. Great Place to Work certification helps job seekers identify which companies offer a positive company culture.

This year, 96% of employees said Dow Credit Union is a great place to work – 39 points higher than the average U.S. company.

- 97% said management is competent at running the business.
- 97% agreed that executive leadership fully embody the best characteristics of Dow Credit Union.
- 96% said that when joining Dow Credit Union, they were made to feel welcome.
