Dutch Point Credit Union brings the Wizard of Oz to life
WETHERSFIELD, CT (November 3, 2015) — Employees and members were “treated” to quite a show with the Wizard of Oz, Wicked Witch, Glinda, Tin Man, Munchkin, Cowardly Lion, and Dorothy with Toto in tow, as they marched through the credit union’s Wethersfield branch celebrating Halloween and kicking off their non-perishable food drive for the upcoming Thanksgiving Holiday. Both members and employees contribute to the food collection and the donations are given to the local food pantries. President and CEO Francis R.N. Proto stated, “Our staff truly enjoys giving and even a small contribution like a food drive can make a difference. We will continue doing fun events like this throughout the year as part of our charitable giving in the future.”
