Dutch Point Credit Union members and employees make great strides with their support of the American Cancer Society Breast Cancer Walk.
WETHERSFIELD, CT (December 18, 2017) — Dutch Point Credit Union, Wethersfield, CT, sent a team of “Crusaders” to walk in the American Cancer Society Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walk in Hartford held on Sunday, October 29th.
Members and employees contributed to the walk with monetary donations during the month of October and on a cold and rain Sunday, a team of over 15 people representing Dutch Point Credit Union walked to support this important cause. Through employee and member contributions, a total of $1,000 was raised to aid in the cancer cure effort.
Tony Sacchetti, Chief Member Development Officer of Dutch Point stated “Our staff have been participating in this walk for several years and I’m proud of their commitment to this cause and dedication to continuing to raise awareness and help those in our community who are battling this disease.”
