He previously served as VP/Manager, Enterprise Programs and Strategy for Tinker Federal Credit Union ($5.8B, Oklahoma City, OK) and has a successful track record of developing and executing strategic plans as well as building high performing operations and technology teams.
Throughout Downing's career, he has focused on improving the user experience. His knowledge and expertise align perfectly with eCU Technology's focus on streamlining the digital account opening process and helping credit unions achieve long-term growth.
