eDOC leadership builds new solution and fellowship

MIDDLEBURY, VT (November 20, 2015) — eDOC Innovations’ executives and management met on November 6, 2015 at the Stowe Mountain Lodge in beautiful Stowe, Vermont for their 2015 Leadership Strategy Meeting: Making mDTM Real. mDTM is eDOC Innovations’ mobile enterprise digital transaction management solution, a complete and transparent digitally enabled business process that manages the entire lifecycle of a digital transaction.

Jody Ciano, Editorial Manager for eDOC Innovations comments, “Making mDTM real for eDOC Innovations’ credit union clients will provide immediate results when conducting transactions and it will give credit union members the digitally enabled banking experience they are seeking. Our mDTM solution is the future for any business looking for a competitive advantage.”

The day included in-depth discussions on deliberate and emerging strategies focusing on the company’s digital transformation with vision and purpose for the coming year and a team building event using chocolate as the metaphor for the challenges groups face in the workplace. Through the power of play and a lot of laughter building chocolate bridges, identifying chocolates and answering chocolate trivia questions, the team heightened their creative awareness and innovation skills as they celebrated work and built a stronger working relationship.
