Education First Federal Credit Union announces selection of new Chief Financial Officer

Education First Federal Credit Union has named Brandt Kuehne as its new chief financial officer effective Monday, March 5, 2018. Credit Union Resources, Inc. conducted the executive search for the $363 million dollar credit union.

Kuehne’s credit union experience and expertise in accounting will be a valuable asset to the executive team at Education First FCU. His passion for strategic leadership and coaching teams will help Education First continue to provide exceptional service to its members.

Kuehne comes to Education First from Jordan Credit Union in Sandy, Utah, where he served as chief financial officer. He was responsible for overseeing accounting, finance, and back-office operations at the credit union. Kuehne also was responsible for reconciliations, budgets, reporting, financials, ALM, and CRM at the credit union.

Kuehne holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Arts with an emphasis in accounting from the University of Utah. Additionally, Kuehne was the class president at the Western CUNA Management School.
