Guam’s new Coast360 Federal Credit Union headquarters is featured in this month’s edition of CUES CU Management magazine. EHS Design provided architecture, interior design, space planning and strategic facilities planning for the 48,000 sf. operations center and flagship branch, and led a team including local architects TRMA and general contractor dck pacific.

An anticipated population explosion on the remote island, as well as a strategic change in the credit union’s charter from an SEG to a community charter, provided an opportunity for the credit union’s board to realize its vision for the new headquarters. 

The board also decided to “go green,” which will make this the first private LEED building on the island.
