“We believe firmly in the importance and impact of workplace culture,” said Lisa Schlehuber, CEO of Elements, “Our positive and supportive work environment plus valuable benefits combine to create engaged employees who enjoy coming to work. There’s a true sense of pride here that we call embraceRED, and it’s a win for everyone – including the credit union members we serve.”
Indiana Chamber of Commerce President Kevin Brinegar states: “Best Places to Work in Indiana not only recognizes our state’s outstanding employers, but also sets a high standard for other Hoosier companies by encouraging them to realize the importance of evaluating their own workplaces.”
