Elevations Credit Union adds two to its leadership team

Tammy Taylor joins as Chief People Officer and Laura Finney as Vice President of Learning

BOULDER, CO (July 6, 2018) — Tammy Taylor has joined Elevations Credit Union as Chief People Officer with over 20 years of experience in human resources and product management. “Tammy is an authentic and strategic leader who will help shape a very bright future for Elevations’ members, employees and community,” said Gerry Agnes, President and CEO of Elevations. “We are incredibly excited for her to join us.”

Taylor most recently served as Vice President of Human Resources at Rose Medical Center in Denver. Prior to that, she was Director of HR Strategy and Performance at Xcel Energy and held key senior leadership roles at Qwest Communications.

Further strengthening the People Team, Laura Finney is also joining Elevations as Vice President of Learning. Finney holds over 20 years of experience with financial institutions, technology, change management and leading teams that deliver operational and soft skills training. Along with her MBA, she is certified in Prosci (change management) and Gallup StrengthsFinders.
