Elevations Credit Union held its annual membership meeting recently, electing to the Board of Directors Natalie Baumgartner, Kate Brown and Todd Gleeson each to three-year terms and Monica Coughlin to a one-year term.
The meeting represented the last day on the Board for Carroll Beach, who retired after reaching his term limit of 12 years.
“Carroll is a legend in the credit union community,” said Brown, chair of the Board of Directors. “We have all learned and benefited greatly from having him on our Board, and he will be missed. The entire Board acknowledges his invaluable contributions.”
In October 2021, Elevations appointed Monica Coughlin to the Board of Directors. As chief operating officer of Colorado Technology Association, she oversees business development, marketing, sales and more for CTA’s 300-plus members. Coughlin has more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry and a proven track record in strategy development, business operations, executive leadership and relationship building.
Officer elections were also held, resulting in Don Cheyne becoming chair, Ray Martinez vice chair, Garry Woods secretary, and Barbara Brohl treasurer. Cheyne then appointed Woods as chair of the Audit & Risk Committee, along with Brohl, Brown and Gleeson. He also appointed Martinez as chair of the Governance & Nominating Committee, along with Baumgartner, Coughlin and Nancy Herbert.
Elevations is honored to have such strong, local leaders on the Board. As a local credit union, Elevations is proud to align with individuals who are equally as passionate about our members and communities.
