Elevations Credit Union elects new board members and officers

BOULDER, CO (May 2, 2024)Elevations Credit Union hosted its 71st annual membership meeting on April 29, 2024, at  Elevations’ headquarters located in Boulder, Colo. 

Directors Garry Woods, Jennifer Pasquino and Manny Rodriguez were each elected to three-year  terms on the Elevations Board of Directors. 

Jennifer Pasquino is a governor-appointed board trustee at Colorado’s Public Employees’  Retirement Association (PERA). Manny Rodriguez is UCHealth’s chief marketing, experience and  customer officer. Garry Woods is a partner and executive director of IT Assurance and  Cybersecurity Services at Richey May and Co. 

Officer and committee elections resulted in the following changes: 

  • Ray Martinez was elected chair, Garry Woods was elected vice chair, Monica Stitt was  elected secretary, and Todd Gleeson was elected treasurer. 
  • Natalie Baumgartner will now chair the Governance & Nominating Committee. Other  committee members include Todd Gleeson, Manny Rodriguez and Monica Stitt. The composition of the Audit and Risk Committee remained unchanged, with Garry Woods  continuing in his role as chair, and Kate Brown, Todd Gleeson and Jennifer Pasquino  remaining on the committee. 

The officer and committee positions are one-year terms. 

Elevations is grateful for the service of Don Cheyne and Nancy Herbert, who completed their final  terms on the board. Both became directors following Elevations Credit Union’s merger with St.  Vrain Valley Credit Union in 2011, where Nancy had served as chair and Don as vice chair. Both  served as chair of Elevations Credit Union Board of Directors and on various board committees  during their 12-year tenure.
