Elevations Credit Union voted one of the Best Places to Work in Colorado
The Not-For-Profit Credit Union is the Only Boulder-Based Employer to Make the List
BOULDER, CO (May 17, 2023) — Elevations Credit Union, an award-winning Colorado financial institution with over $3 billion in assets and more than 170,000 members, has been named one of best large companies to work for in Colorado by the Denver Post’s annual Top Workplaces Award. The Denver Post’s Top Workplaces 2023 recognizes the best large, mid-sized and small companies in Colorado. Elevations ranked number eight on the list of 28 large companies and is the only Boulder-based organization to be recognized.
The list and rankings are determined solely by employee feedback gathered through a survey administered by a third party, Energage LLC. The confidential survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization. Sixty-eight percent of Elevations’ more than 600 employees participated in the survey.
“We are honored to be named one of the top workplaces in the state of Colorado,” said Elevations Credit Union’s Chief People Officer, Tammy Teitscheid. “We prioritize efforts to ensure a positive, engaged, and inclusive culture at Elevations, and this is great recognition that our employees feel it.” Elevations was also recognized by the Top Workplaces USA program as a national leader in compensation and benefits, innovation, leadership, purpose and values and work-life flexibility.
