Ent receives 2016 Hunger’s Hope Award from Care and Share Food Bank
COLORADO SPRINGS, CO (February 26, 2016) — Ent Credit Union was recently recognized by Care and Share Food Bank of Southern Colorado with a 2016 Hunger’s Hope Award. The award recognizes community supporters who help Care and Share further its mission to “bridge the gap between hunger and abundance.”
Ent was cited for its long-term commitment and support, including funding for the Children’s Nutrition Initiative programs; hosting annual holiday food drives in its service centers; supporting employee Take A Turkey to Work Days to collect turkeys and cash donations; and sponsoring the annual Recipe for Hope fundraising luncheon.
