Evansville Teachers Federal Credit Union made five key promotions

EVANSVILLE, IN (May 15, 2019) — Andrew McElfresh is now manager of ETFCU’s Main Office. Previously the branch manager of the Burkhardt Road office, he oversees sales and operations. McElfresh started his career in finance as a teller at Field and Main Bank. He joined ETFCU in 2013 as an IRA specialist, then became assistant manager of the Henderson, Kentucky, branch. He took over as Burkhardt office manager in 2017.

  • Jordan Creech is now manager of ETFCU’s Burkhardt Office in Evansville. Creech formerly was an Account Service Representative and Loan Processor at Burkhardt, where she has worked since joining ETFCU as a teller in 2013. The Evansville native attends the University of Southern Indiana and will complete her Public Relations and Advertising Degree in 2019.
  • Beverly Brinker is manager in the support services department. The 33-year ETFCU employee was manager of the West Evansville Office, and in her career also worked at the Newburgh branch and the former North Park branch. The Evansville native earned an Associates Degree in Liberal Arts from the University of Southern Indiana.
  • Laurel Bonenberger transitioned to the newly created position of Consumer Loan Quality Control Manager. She started at ETFCU in 1994, working as a teller, in accounting, indirect lending, as an Account Service Representative, Loan Officer and assistant branch manager. The Newburgh native attended the University of Southern Indiana.
  • Portia Palmer was promoted from Junior Mortgage Loan Originator to Inside Mortgage Loan Originator. Palmer has more than 10 years of credit union experience serving in a variety of roles while advancing her career along the way.
