INDIANAPOLIS, IN (November 30, 2020) — Family Horizons CU is excited to announce the addition of Dawn Brinkman to its Executive Management team! She has over 18 years of credit union and banking experience that she brings to the credit union. Prior to joining Family Horizons, she held the position of CEO of Haynes Community FCU.
CEO/President Keith Wright stated “Dawn has extensive background in executive management, branch operations, financial reporting, compliance, Human Resources, and project management. We are fortunate to have someone of Dawn’s caliber and experience join us and she will provide value immediately. She will complement our existing Executive Management team very well.”
Brinkman stated, “I wouldn’t voluntarily leave a CEO position for just any job. Family Horizons and CEO Wright have a great reputation of being a well-run credit union. I’m excited to join an already successful Executive Management team!”
Jamie Reed has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer at the credit union. She has been with Family Horizons for 6 years and brings over 16 years of valuable experience to her new role. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, is an MBA graduate specializing in HR, and holds the executive certifications of Professional in Human Resources and Bank Secrecy Act Compliance Specialist.
Wright commented, “Jamie has successfully added additional responsibilities every year she has been with Family Horizons. She is a vital part of branch operations, policy management, and ALM. She is well respected by all the employees and promotes our core values daily. Jamie’s leadership and work ethic has played a key role in the credit union’s success.”
