First Capital Federal Credit Union employees took part in Employee Enrichment Day. The day kicked off with a representative from TruStage who discussed the importance of 401ks and investing your money. Staff also heard from Lorie Hagar, an employee who is searching for a living kidney donor, and her UPMC Transplant Coordinator, who shared the process for organ donation. The day wrapped up with an interactive retraining on Kasasa, our free rewards checking account product, and introduction of a new Kasasa checking account we will soon be offering.
“This is always a great day for staff to spend time as a group,” said Tara Houser, VP of Marketing & Business Development. “This serves as a day for us to train staff, hear from various speakers, and do some team building.”
The day wrapped up with the staff members who gave the best Kasasa elevator speech getting a turn in the prize machine for a chance to win up to $300.
