YORK, PA (January 16, 2024) — First Capital Federal Credit Union has promoted David Morse to Senior Vice President of Operations. For the past 8 years, David has served as the Vice President of Operations overseeing the retail management function of the credit union, including branch operations, consumer, business, & mortgage lending, business services, digital services, and the member contact center. He came to First Capital with over 20 years of success driven experience in personalized customer service, business management, strategic planning, and banking operations.
First Capital has also promoted Tara Houser Minetos to Senior Vice President of Marketing. For the past 10 years, Tara has served as the Vice President of Marketing & Business Development overseeing the Marketing and Business Development team at the Credit Union. She is responsible for developing marketing programs and initiatives that promote the Credit Union to current and potential members.
Tara has a B.A. in Speech Communication and a B.S. in Telecommunications from Kutztown University. Prior to joining First Capital FCU, she worked as a news producer, communications director, and public relations manager.
Tara currently serves on the council for the Women’s Business Center Organization, a program of the York County Economic Alliance; serves as vice president of the York Chapter of Credit Unions; is involved with the Buy Local Coalition, BNI, and the York County Economic Alliance.
