YORK, PA (February 12, 2024) — First Capital Federal Credit Union is pleased to welcome Tina Inscore to the family as our new East York Branch Manager. Tina comes to us with more than 25 years of banking experience holding various sales and management roles. In this new role Tina will oversee the operations of the East York Branch and provide the best possible in-branch member experience. Tina shares her positive attitude with everyone she encounters, and in return, she is able to build significant and long-lasting relationships. Tina is a strong communicator who’s dedicated and hard working. She has extraordinary customer service skills and leads by example.

Prior to joining First Capital, Tina was a Senior Personal Banker at York Traditions Bank and a Financial Services Representative at Susquehanna Bank.
Tina has a Bachelor of Science degree from Towson University in Mass Communication and graduated from DOVE Hopewell Leadership & Ministry Training School.
