YORK, PA (May 4, 2021) — First Capital Federal Credit Union is proud to welcome Michelle Bahn as the Manager of Human Resources & Training. In this role, Michelle will be a member of the management team and will be focusing on the employee experience as a positive driving force for member experience and providing team members with the tools to effectively do their jobs.
Prior to joining First Capital, Michelle worked for PSECU as their Payroll Information Systems Manager. Michelle brings a wealth of knowledge to First Capital having been in business management for more than two decades with prior experience in human resources, accounting, payroll, benefits, and mentoring/business advising. Before PSECU, Michelle worked for the P.H. Glatfelter Company and was a co-owner at RSB and Associates, P.C. Michelle resides in York County with her husband Glen and has two sons, Mike and Matt.
