First Credit Union has officially opened its newest branch in Queen Creek, AZ, marking a significant milestone in the credit union’s continued investment in modern, member-focused banking experiences.
Located in one of the fastest-growing communities in the Phoenix metro area, the new branch was developed to serve both existing and prospective members in a high-growth retail area. The location reflects First Credit Union’s focus on expanding access while delivering a branch experience that balances personal service, technology, and long-term adaptability.

Designed and built in partnership with The Element Group, the Queen Creek branch is the first ground-up location developed from First Credit Union’s prototype branch model. Developed as a scalable kit of parts, the model integrates operational needs, technology, marketing, and member service into a repeatable framework that can be adapted across future locations.
