WALL, N.J. – Birdsall Services Group (BSG) , a professional service firm with recognized leaders in engineering and consulting services, recently partnered with First Financial Federal Credit Union  (www.firstffcu.com) and became the first company to sign on to use the credit union’s newly launched Employee Portal System.

First Financial’s new Employee Portal System provides employees with direct access to many of the products and services offered by the credit union. Employees have the ability to utilize online banking services, open accounts, apply for loans and do all of their banking through the portal. The Employee Portal System also includes a video and presentation component so that employees can virtually attend all of First Financial’s educational seminars and gain valuable financial tips right from their desktops.

“I’ve used First Financial for over 25-years and loved the services,” said BSG Chief Administrative Officer, Scott MacFadden. “Based on the service and experience with my previous employer, I wanted to bring the same benefit to BSG employees. It’s a win-win situation for them; it doesn’t cost them anything and is an added benefit for both the employees and the firm.”

“BSG was a great fit for the Employee Portal System, since the company is so spread out between various locations and states,” said Zimmer. “It’s a means of convenience for its employees; First Financial is always at their fingertips.”

BSG will also be using First Financial’s new Ambassador Portal System, which offers a rewards and benefits component as a thank you to the ambassadors, such as the company’s payroll executives or HR executives, who promote the credit union.
