First Florida Credit Union To Host Transformation Expo And Open House In Celebration Of Newly Renovated Branch

TALLAHASSEE, FLA (January 17, 2012)– First Florida Credit Union is inviting the community to join them on Saturday, January 28th, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at 2521 S. Blair Stone Road, Tallahassee, Florida, at their transformation expo and open house. The first 50 expo attendees will receive a free copy of 100 Ways to Motivate Yourself: Change Your Life Forever by Steve Chandler.

First Florida will have fun-filled activities for the entire family. The festivities will include: free food, face painting, glitter tattoos, and a prize wheel. Exhibitors will be on hand to help attendees make a positive transformation in the areas of personal finance, education, automotive, home improvement, health, beauty, and even going green.

First Florida Investment Services, Auto Acquisition, Capital Region YMCA, Saint Leo University, City of Tallahassee Environmental Policy and Energy Resources, Esposito Garden Center, and a local AVON representative will be among the participating exhibitors

“We’re excited to be able to bring this event to our community,” said First Florida Regional Director Michael Bozeman.  “In addition to the expo, staff will conduct tours of the branch. The renovation includes a more comfortable and private surrounding, safe deposit boxes, and a reconfigured teller line,” added Bozeman.

First Florida Credit Union, headquartered in Jacksonville, operates several branches throughout the state of Florida. Anyone who lives or works in any of the following Florida counties: Leon, Baker, Broward, Clay, Duval, Flagler, Orange, Hillsborough, Miami-Dade, Seminole, Nassau, Wakulla, Gadsden, Madison, Jefferson, and St. Johns is eligible to open an account. Additionally, employees of the state of Florida, CSX Transportation, and other specified companies are also eligible to join First Florida.
