First New York to host toiler paper collection drive

ALBANY, NY (November 16, 2021) — First New York Federal Credit Union is committed to serving our members and our community. In an effort to assist those who are not fortunate enough to be able to purchase personal hygiene products (deodorant, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, etc.) First New York will be collecting rolls of toilet paper starting on November 1, 2021 up until December 10, 2021.

They will be collecting toilet paper donations as well as monetary donations at all branch locations, as well as their company headquarters. First New York’s goal is to collect toilet paper to share with Catholic Charities Tri-County Services, an agency made up of programs that assist those in need of basic necessities of life – which has been more difficult than ever due to the pandemic.

Please stop by any branch location during regular business hours to drop of your donation. We would greatly appreciate any donations to help with our efforts.
