First Tech Federal Credit Union to host first ever Dispute Summit on Feb. 11, 2020

First Tech to share insight and key learnings from successfully automating the dispute process from intake to resolution

SAN JOSE, CA (January 15, 2020)First Tech Federal Credit Union, the sixth largest credit union in the nation serving the world’s leading technology-oriented companies, is hosting its first ever Dispute Summit on February 11, 2020 from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Embassy Suites by Hilton in Hillsboro, Ore.

Since 2017, First Tech has been on a journey to automate the dispute process from intake to resolution. The credit union is hosting a free, daylong seminar to share its journey in the dispute process automation.

As many know the world of card disputes is complex, ever changing, and a necessary business function that can be tricky to navigate. Whether organizations are processing in house or outsourcing, First Tech will share relevant information that will benefit credit unions of any size. The following topics will be discussed:
