Fitzmaurice promoted to SVP

SPOKANE VALLEY, WA (January 5, 2024) — David FitzMaurice has been promoted to senior vice president financial treasurer at Numerica Credit Union. He oversees the credit union’s reporting, budgeting, balance sheet management, liquidity, and interest rate risk.

FitzMaurice has more than 25 years of experience in the financial industry. He previously served as vice president financial treasurer.

“Fitz has been an incredible asset to Numerica,” said Ben Richardson, Numerica chief financial officer. “In his new role, he will use his problem-solving skills to guide the credit union’s financial strategy to help our members live well.”

FitzMaurice is a 2023 graduate of Leadership Spokane and a member of Numerica’s Business Core Team, a group of leaders tasked with driving key strategic initiatives for the credit union. He holds a master’s degree in financial engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.
