Flint Firebirds host 3rd annual first responders night sponsored by Dort Federal Credit Union
GRAND BLANC, MI (October 17, 2018) — The Flint Firebirds and Dort Federal Credit Union honored emergency medical personnel, firefighters, police officers and sheriff’s deputies Saturday, October 13that the Dort Federal Credit Union Event Center. Before puck drop the Firebirds hosted the Save A Life Expo which gave the public the opportunity to meet first responders while checking out local law-enforcement vehicles, fire trucks, and EMT vehicles.
The Flint Firebirds game ticket also included admission to the Battle of the Badges game. This was the third annual battle between local area police and firefighters, with the police coming away with their second win! Dort Federal Credit Union provided the tickets to the game for the first responders.
