FORUM Credit Union announces the promotion of Jim Catanzarite as Assistant Vice President, Accounting. In this role, Jim oversees various projects, aids in yearly audits and regulatory visits, and is responsible for the leadership of the Accounting team.
Jim started his career in public accounting and was a controller before joining FORUM in 2022. After obtaining his dual undergraduate degree in Accounting and Finance at Marian University in 2018, he went on to receive his CPA license in 2019, and then his MBA in 2021 from Louisiana State University. In addition to his responsibilities at FORUM, Catanzarite teaches investment courses at Marian University in the Fall.
“We knew Jim would be successful when he joined the FORUM team a year ago, and he has far exceeded our expectations. He is an effective collaborator with strong analytical skills and it is clear he has a bright future at FORUM,” said Jeff Welch, FORUM’s Chief Financial Officer.
