FORUM Credit Union introduces organizational changes and new hire

INDIANAPOLIS, IN (January 26, 2015) -- FORUM Credit Union announces organizational changes and a new employee to its compliance, marketing, and technology departments.  

Marty Dishman joined FORUM in 1984 and most recently served as the Compliance Manager. Dishman has worked in various areas of the credit union including: collections, retail, and mortgage, consumer, and indirect lending. He is also a Certified Credit Union Compliance Expert (CUCE). He will now be responsible for coordinating and directing the compliance management functions of the credit union as the newly appointed Assistant Vice President - Compliance.

Marcella Moreman brings four years of sales and marketing experience to FORUM as the new Community Development Manager in the marketing department. She is a graduate of Butler University where she studied marketing in the College of Business and was a member and captain of the women’s varsity golf team. Before joining FORUM, Moreman worked at Monarch Beverage Company as a Sales Representative.  She also volunteers in the community as an Assistant Golf Coach at Cathedral High School.  

Jeff Owen began his FORUM career in 2004 and has more than 10 years’ experience developing and implementing software solutions in the credit union industry. After leaving to pursue other opportunities in 2009, Owen rejoined the FORUM team in 2012 as the Assistant Vice President - Technology Development. He is currently in the process of earning his MBA degree at Anderson University and will continue to be responsible for software and application development at the credit union as the new Vice President – Technology.  

Nathan Rinzel joined FORUM in 1999 and most recently acted as FORUM’s Assistant Vice President - Core Technologies where he was responsible for core administration, application development, project management, and technology support. Rinzel has been named as the Vice President - Technology Operations and will oversee the day-to-day management of the core data processing system, technology infrastructure, and information security and will collaborate with other units to improve efficiencies, service, and product development.
