FORUM Credit Union ranks in top training organization report

INDIANAPOLIS, IN (February 13, 2017) — FORUM Credit Union is honored to place 56 on Training magazine’s 2017 Training Top 125 report.  The rankings, now in its 17th year, include organizations that have excelled in employee training and development in the last year.

“FORUM is dedicated to employee training and development,” said MeChelle Callen, Vice President of Organizational Development. “Our talent development staff is passionate about continuous education and excited to help FORUM’s more than 300 employees live their career dreams.”

Winners were recognized at a recent gala during the Training 2017 Conference and Expo in California. This is the second consecutive year that FORUM has appeared in the rankings with the organization progressing to the top 100 this year. The rankings include global companies and are determined by assessing a variety of factors including the scope of development programs and investment in employee development.
