An enthuasiastic group of Freedom Credit Union Members turned out for a free vehicle buying seminar held at the Warimster Branch. During last week’s seminar, a Freedom Vehicle Buying Advisor, John Veneziale, went through the purchasing process and divulged the secrets of getting the upperhand at the dealership.

A Freedom Vehicle Buying Advisor is always available to give insight about buying a car to all Members, but the seminar is an opportunity to learn helpful tools needed to take to the dealer, like: determining a current vehicle’s worth, negotiating for the best price, and deciding to buy a new or used car. And the most important tool, Freedom’s Auto Draft loan was featured. The Auto Draft loan is a preapproved loan that Members get in the form of a personal check, that they can make out for the total amount of the loan, including tax, titles, and extended warranty.

Of the 15 attendees, two lucky Members won a $50 gas card during raffles held at the seminar. Light refreshments, including drinks and soft pretzels were served. The next Freedom seminar will be held on October 20th and it will focus on home-buying basics.
