Frye promoted to vice president of facilities and administrative services

WINSTON-SALEM, NC (June 9, 2016) — Truliant Federal Credit Union has promoted Chad Frye to vice president of facilities and administrative services.

In his new role, Frye will be responsible for all aspects of facilities management at Truliant, including site selection, new construction, maintenance and managing lease renewals and landlord relationships. Additionally, he will manage business continuity and vendor management.

He reports to Joe Clark, chief legal officer.

“For many years, his gift for comprehensive planning and process enhancements has improved our members’ experience in meaningful ways,” Clark said. “Chad has earned this opportunity by encouraging collaboration, leading others to achieve high performance and continually developing talent within the organization.”

Frye was most recently Director, Member Experience Optimization at Truliant. Among other notable achievements, Frye oversaw conceptual design and construction for each of the twelve expansion locations – and additional renovation and relocation branches –that Truliant began opening in 2014.

He joined Truliant in 1993 in the credit union’s collections department. He later served as loan officer and branch manager. Frye was promoted to a Regional Director post in 1999. In January 2012, Frye was promoted to Senior Regional Director for Truliant’s western region.

Frye received his bachelor of science in business administration with an emphasis in finance and risk management from Appalachian State University. Frye lives with his wife Monica and two children.
