Garden Savings Federal Credit Union announces the retirement of Chief Sales Officer Tom Quigley and the promotion of Janine Roldan to Chief Sales Officer. Tom, a vibrant presence in the credit union industry for 29 years, has inspired members and colleagues alike.

"Thank you to everyone I've met, worked with, and befriended over my 29 years in the Credit Union movement," said Tom Quigley. "Serving our members has been an incredible journey. A special thanks to Mike Powers for the opportunity to be CSO at Garden Savings. I am confident Janine will lead us into an exciting new chapter."

Janine Roldan, previously the AVP of Communications, brings vast experience in the credit union industry, alongside a wealth of knowledge in lending, marketing, and operations from her role as COO of the former Pinnacle Federal Credit Union, which merged into Garden Savings in 2025. As CSO, Janine will oversee Lending and Marketing at Garden Savings and is recognized as a digital-forward thinker, always developing strategies to attract new members, create easy self-service options, and engage employees across the organization.

"I am honored to be named Chief Sales Officer and look forward to building on Tom’s legacy, driving innovation, and enhancing our member and employee experience," said Janine Roldan.

"Tom’s leadership has shaped our credit union for the better. He has been a fantastic ambassador for the entire industry in New Jersey for a long time and he will be missed. We wish him the best in his retirement and are excited for Janine to lead us forward with her passion for digital strategy and the member-first values that we at Garden Savings hold dearly," said Michael Powers, President and CEO.
