The GECU Foundation* proudly marked the successful conclusion of its 2026 Matching May campaign with a celebration at Southwest University Park during the El Paso Chihuahuas game on Saturday, June 20. The event recognized the community’s incredible support of 12 nonprofit organizations across El Paso and Southern New Mexico throughout the month-long campaign.
This year’s campaign raised a total of $268,210, with each dollar matched by the GECU Foundation up to $12,000 per participating nonprofit. The Matching May initiative continues to serve as a powerful reminder of what our community can accomplish when we work together to support causes that matter.
