On June 26th, Genisys Credit Union celebrated the grand opening of their new branch location in Chesterfield with a ribbon cutting ceremony. Genisys extends their thank you to the Sterling Heights Chamber of Commerce for helping with the opening.
The new free-standing branch in Chesterfield is now located at 47930 Gratiot Ave, between 21 and 22 mile, just one mile south of its former location. The new location offers all the same friendly faces and services, but now offers convenient drive-thru and ATM services without leaving your vehicle.
“We are happy to have been part of the Chesterfield community for 14 years now and we are excited to have a new building open that allows us to better service our current and future members,” said Jackie Buchanan, CEO / President of Genisys Credit Union.
The credit union continues to focus on serving its members’ and communities’ needs. With the launch of the very popular Genius Checking account, Genisys is paying its members an annual percentage yield of 4.06% and offering reward points on debit card transactions. Along with financial support, each year Genisys team members contribute nearly 5,000 volunteer hours and sponsor over 975 events to benefit everyone who lives or works in their communities.
